By accessing and using Altimage's AI-powered image description service ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Altimage provides AI-powered image description generation services for e-commerce businesses. Our service analyzes product images and generates detailed, SEO-optimized descriptions in multiple languages.

Service Features:

• AI-generated product descriptions
• Multi-language support
• Real-time content delivery
• API integration
• Usage analytics and billing dashboard

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Provide a valid payment method
• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing Structure:

• Created Events: €10.00 per 1,000 image descriptions generated
• Retrieved Events: €1.00 per 1,000 description retrievals

Payment Terms:

• You will be charged based on actual usage
• Invoices are generated monthly
• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Process images containing illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the Service
• Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse the API
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise system security

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: You retain ownership of all images you submit to our Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your images and generate descriptions.

Generated Descriptions: You own the descriptions generated for your images. We retain no rights to use these descriptions for any purpose other than providing the Service.

Our Technology: The AI models, algorithms, and Service technology remain our exclusive property.

7. Data Processing and Storage

• Images are processed securely and deleted after description generation
• Generated descriptions are stored for retrieval purposes
• Usage data is maintained for billing and analytics
• We implement industry-standard security measures
• Data processing complies with GDPR and other applicable regulations

8. Service Availability and Support

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We provide:

• 24/7 technical support via email
• API documentation and integration guides
• Status page for service updates
• Reasonable efforts to resolve service issues promptly

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors
• We provide the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• By You: Cancel your account through the dashboard or contact support
• By Us: For violation of terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with notice
• Upon termination, you remain responsible for outstanding charges
• Your data will be deleted within 30 days of account closure

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be:

• Posted on this page with an updated "Last modified" date
• Notified via email for material changes
• Effective 30 days after posting unless you object by discontinuing use

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Altimage is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.
